Products

Paw Keepsake sells personalized digital pet memorial portraits. Our products are digital files and no physical item will be shipped.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing:

- A clear pet photo
- Correct pet name
- Correct dates
- Correct memorial message
- A valid email address

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery

Digital files are usually delivered within 24-48 hours after we receive your pet photo and personalization details.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or if we need additional information from you.

Usage rights

You may use your finished portrait for personal use, including printing, sharing with family, posting on social media, or keeping as a memorial.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as a product for commercial resale.

Photo rights

By submitting a pet photo, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo and allow us to use it to create your custom portrait.

Revisions

Each order includes one minor text revision. Additional revisions or major design changes may require an additional fee.

Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order. Because our products are personalized digital products, refunds are limited.
